Rooms & maintenance

Wrong beds and forgotten drips cost more than a photo on the day.

Rooms & housekeeping

Rooms, bed types, and who receives reports — in the cloud. We can get you set up.

What you save

  • Fewer remakes because the cleaner sees the bed setup.

  • Faults photographed and logged — not mentioned in a corridor and forgotten.

  • The same dripping tap is not ‘new’ every month.

What it does

Cleaners see bed configurations. Report maintenance with a photo that goes to management and stays on the log.

The flow

  1. 01

    Open the room

The cleaner sees what the bed should be.

  2. 02

    Make it to the card

Super king, twins, z-bed, cot — not last week’s leftover.

  3. 03

    Report a fault

A tap from the room, with a photo.

  4. 04

    Management has the log

It stays on the job. Open, with trade, done.

Who it is for

Hotels, inns, and B&Bs with a housekeeping team — and anyone who needs room faults reported with a photo, not a note on a napkin.

Bed configurations the cleaner can see

Super king, twins, z-bed, travel cot — the person making the room sees what it should be, not what last week’s guest left behind.

Report maintenance from the room

A tap from the cleaner or housekeeper logs the fault against the room. It does not wait until the end of the shift and a half-remembered description.

Photos to management, on the log

A photo goes with the report. Management sees it. It stays on the job, so the same dripping tap is not ‘new’ every month.

A board, not a WhatsApp pile

Open jobs, who has them, and what is done. Enough for the duty manager to run the day without scrolling a group chat.

Questions people ask

Is this only for hotels?
It is built around rooms: hotels, inns, and B&Bs. A pub with letting rooms can use the same cleaner view and maintenance log.
Do cleaners need a login on a desktop?
No. The useful bit is on a phone in the room — bed setup, report, photo, sent.
How does it save money?
Wrong bed setups mean complaints and remakes. Unlogged faults become expensive repairs. A photo on the day is cheaper than a guest review and a call-out later.
